Ireland's rental market is one of the most competitive in Europe. We built HomePass to give tenants a fairer shot — and give landlords more confidence.
The problem
Tenants in Ireland are applying for multiple properties at once, sending the same documents over and over, and still losing out to the next person in the queue. References are chased by phone. Payslips are emailed as attachments. Landlords sift through it all manually, often with no consistent way to compare applicants.
The system is slow, repetitive, and stressful — for everyone involved.
What we built
HomePass lets renters build a single verified profile — their Passport — once, and share it instantly with any landlord or letting agent. No more scanning documents at midnight. No more chasing references. No more starting from scratch with every application.
For landlords and letting agents, it means less paperwork and more confidence. When you receive a HomePass link, you know the tenant's identity, employment, and supporting documents have already been independently reviewed. You can focus on finding the right person — not processing paperwork.

Tenants go through verification a single time. Their Passport is then reusable for every application.

Every Blue Tick is awarded only after our team has reviewed the tenant's identity and documents.
How we verify
Every HomePass Passport goes through a manual review by our team before a Blue Tick is awarded. We check photo ID, employment details, and supporting documents. We also offer employer verification — where we contact the tenant's employer directly to confirm their role and contract type.
Important
We are not a credit bureau. We do not make tenancy decisions on anyone's behalf. What we provide is a clear, structured, and independently reviewed snapshot of a tenant — and the tools for landlords to make a more informed decision. Landlords and letting agents should always conduct their own independent checks.
